I Joined Ross Panton - PT on 26th July when I was 12st 6lb with a target of 11st. I have now 20lbs lost in 20 weeks through increased exercise and sensible eating and drinking. This has absolutely not been any sort of starvation but merely tracking my intake, having slightly less of everything and increasing my walking and running. Workouts, are easy to follow with options depending on your fitness level. Being aware of the aim for 10,000 steps a day encourages that extra bit of movement during the day and even just before bed and this is not difficult. I find myself moving more to get my steps in!
Right now I feel like a different person. I feel I have more energy and I am a lot fitter. I can even wear a few of my clothes I haven’t been able to get into since, well I cannot remember how long ago. I also feel more confident, more positive and I'm proud of the challenges I have succeeded with along the way. It has all been possible to achieve this new and challenging journey, due to Ross
