Coaching people is something that I have been doing for most of my adult life so far, in fact a lot of my late teen years I spent helping people get better at what they do. I became a Sports Leader in school at 15 and honestly, I never looked back.
I'm on a mission to help you to see that a few simple changes and habit implementations can help you get to where you want to be. I want to keep it super simple for you.

Ross provides first class no nonsense nutritional advice that is very effective for healthy weight loss.
So today is three months since lock down began, which got me thinking. When all this started I had been working with Ross for a year. In that time I had achieved my initial goals, which were to lose half a stone and two inches off my waist. By the time lock down began I had lost 12 pounds or so and was feeling fitter and stronger and to my amazement I found I was loving resistance training! With a few bits of equipment, the programmes Ross wrote for me and online PT sessions I could carry on and amazingly my waist is smaller, another inch vanished in lock down. So I’ve had to take in clothes that were too tight last summer. Thanks so much for inspiring me to do this – I’m loving it!
